MaxHelp is an independent information tool, not affiliated with any government body — federal, provincial or municipal. Information provided is for guidance purposes only.

MaxHelp does not collect, store or transmit any personally identifiable data.

• Conversations with the AI assistant are processed in real time and are not saved after the session ends.
• No user account is created or required.
• No data is sold, shared or transferred to third parties.
• Your information disappears as soon as you close the window or tab.

MaxHelp may use analytics cookies solely to improve the user experience (aggregate audience measurement, technical performance).

• Strictly necessary cookies: none.
• Analytics cookies: only with your explicit consent.
• Advertising or tracking cookies: none.
